The Loren D. Stark Company, Inc. (LDSCO) continually seeks motivated, creative, dependable individuals to join our team.  Candidates should have great written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to analyze and research complex issues.  Candidates should also have the ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines.  Salaries are commensurate with your education/experience.

Positions at LDSCO are:

 Accountant

A degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.  The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 Administration/Clerical

  • The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to compose correspondence
  • Detail oriented and must be able to work independently with little direction in a fast paced environment
  • Have at least two (2) years of related experience

 Pension Consultant (Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution)

The ideal candidate will have all levels of the following qualified plan experience:

  • Compliance Testing (401(a)(4), ADP/ACP, 410(b), Top Heavy, etc.)
  • Government Reporting (5500, 5330, 945, 1099-R, Schedule B (for Defined Benefit Plans)
  • Calculation of Employer Contributions (including  new comparability/cross-tested allocations)
  • Plan Terminations
  • Financial Allocations and Reconciliations
  • Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
  • Actuarial Systems Corporation (ASC) a plus
  • ASPPA or NIPA designation candidates – APA, QPA, QKA
