Standardized Plan
Documents are pre-approved by the IRS and therefore more cost efficient
to the client. Individualized Plan Documents are designed to meet the
specific and unusual needs of a client. Such a plan would be filed with
the IRS for individual approval. A Summary Plan Description is provided to the Employees advising them of their benefits under the Plan.
